The GCDS Varsity Girls Ice Hockey team delivered a commanding performance in their 2024-25 season opener, securing a decisive 5-0 shutout victory over cross-town rival Sacred Heart Greenwich in FAA play at Chelsea Piers. The Tigers controlled the game from start to finish. The victory was also a historic moment for Sacred Heart Greenwich, as it marked their first official game as a varsity program after being elevated from club status.
