The Sacred Heart Greenwich and Greenwich High School varsity girls ice hockey teams met for a scrimmage at Chelsea Piers. The exhibition game, which did not have an official score recorded, provided both teams with valuable experience ahead of the regular season. This was a particularly significant outing for Sacred Heart, as their new varsity program got a chance to face a strong opponent as they prepared for their first official season. The friendly matchup allowed both local rivals to fine-tune their skills and strategies before competitive play began.
